What better way to experience Dublin’s bustling Temple Bar–on an extra-bustling Saturday, no less–than by perusing the Temple Bar food market? We’re continually amazed by Dublin’s commitment to locally-minded food sourcing practices, that in turn result in cheeses, seafood, meats, and pastries that simply couldn’t be enjoyed anywhere else. We cashed up our students and let them navigate the market in small groups, and from passionfruit pineapple smoothies to vegetarian samosas, they chose wisely. One of our favorite things to do with students is give them a taste, no pun, of Dublin as it’s experienced by locals as well as by visitors.
